Return Policy
At emmanuela.shoes we respect your right to return the products you purchased, free of charge and without being obliged to inform us of the reason for the return, within 30 calendar days from the date you receive them. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of the shipping fees for returning the products.
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as when you received them, i.e. they have not been used or worn and are in their original packaging, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
In the rare case of receiving a defective, damaged, or different product from what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for its free return and replacement.
To avoid inconvenience on your part, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the items sold and the intactness of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to identify any visible issues (e.g. damaged goods, wrong item, etc.).
In case of returning items, your refund will be completed within 10 days from the date we receive them. The exact refund time depends on the payment method you chose for your order.

emmanuela.shoes will either replace the defective product with a new one (depending on stock) or refund your money.
In the case of a replacement, we will need 3-5 working days from the receipt of the return to complete the process and send the new product.
In the case of a refund, it will depend on the payment method used for the original purchase. That is, payment by cash on delivery will be refunded to the bank account you declared in the return form, payment by credit/debit card will be refunded to your card, and similarly payment via PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account.
How will my money be refunded?
As soon as we receive your return, the refund process will begin. The method of refund depends on the payment method you chose. Thus, the amount will be refunded either by canceling the charge on your credit card, or by refunding the money via Paypal, or by depositing the amount within seven (7) working days into the bank account you indicate to us provided you paid by cash on delivery.
What amount will be refunded to me?
We will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the products and any shipping costs.
