Emmanuela.shoes can serve customers throughout Greece and worldwide. The footwear is shipped in secure packaging that protects the contents during transport.
For shipments within Greece
The delivery of the shoes you order in Greece is made to your door by people from the partner courier company (ACS courier). Shipping costs are free!
The shoes are delivered within 1-2 business days from the day you order them.
In exceptional cases, for deliveries to remote and hard-to-reach areas of Greece, it is possible that your jewelry can only be delivered via the Hellenic Post (ELTA) with registered and express shipping. For these cases, we will inform you before their dispatch about the estimated delivery day.
For shipments outside Greece
Orders for destinations outside Greece are primarily fulfilled by the courier company UPS express international, resulting in very fast delivery, within 1 - 5 business days, depending on the destination.
More specifically, in the countries of the European Union & the USA, delivery is made within 3 days from the day of order with free shipping costs! In other countries, delivery may take up to 5 days, while shipping costs vary, as do the available shipping methods.
The value of the shipping costs is always fixed, regardless of the number of items per order. Therefore, it is more economical to order more than one pair per order, rather than placing separate orders.
- In exceptional cases, the delivery of your order may require additional time. For these cases, we will inform you of the estimated delivery day before the shipment of the package.
- No product is reserved without a nominal order.
- For shoe orders marked as out of stock, you should contact us to be informed about availability and delivery time. In most cases, the delivery of these products does not take more than 10 days.
- In case your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.), we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed with completing your order.
- Emmanuela.shoes reserves the right to request an advance payment for each order, as well as to change the listed prices without notice.
